The way bicycles are produced hasn’t changed for 200 years, innovation hardly occurred. We have gone back to the drawing board and redesigned the bicycle frame inspired by the automotive industry. And with that, we laid the foundation for a radical new production process. Automated, fast, and efficient.
The self-supporting body is perhaps the most important innovation in the car industry. It provides a base that is both structural and lightweight.
That is why it is the inspiration for our frame production process. Using the automated production techniques from the car industry, our monocoque frame redefines bicycle production.
Our production process uses state-of-the-art production techniques. Two aluminum shells are pressed in shape with the help of rubber molds. And then, along with the bottom bracket, seat post tube, and ball head, welded fully automated to a strong and light frame: 100% Dutch craftsmanship!
